Shipping Information

All orders received by 3:00 pm Pacific time will be shipped the day they are received. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

Our Guarantee

If, for any reason, any part should prove defective return it to us and we will replace it without cost or question. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of these parts.

Return Policy

All returns will be accepted providing National Band Saw Company has prior knowledge of the return and a return authorization number has been issued. Returns for reasons other than defective parts must be made within fifteen days of the receipt of order and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns of defective parts will be credited, replaced, or repaired by National Band Saw Company as soon as they are received.
